Zinc coated for many years of service. It has a 50 pound rated load capacity which is more than sufficient for common applications. This is a high quality ball bearing roller drawer slide. Ball bearing slides are easy to install and have unsurpassed durability. These quality features and 1.2mm steel construction makes this slide an excellent choice for both new construction and remodeling. Bottom mounting adds eye appeal since slide is not visible to the user.
These drawer slides are consumer packaged with everything required for mounting including instructions. They normally sell for $7.00 to $9.00 a set. These are what are referred to in the trade as “buy-backs”. They have been in a store for sale, but they have been “bought back” in order to sell the store another brand. Its a little game played in the hardware business called “buying shelf space.” Anyway, in addition to all the fun involved in this game, we end up with perfectly good merchandise that has packaging that looks a little tacky. So, we can offer these to you at a really great price if you can ignore the packaging.
Mounting Info: side clearance is minimal due to bottom mounting. Slides are exact length stated, allow 1/4" at rear for mounting bracket. Approx. 1/4" adjustment front-to-rear. Slide thickness 3/8".
Screws , rear mounting bracket, and glide spacers for drawer are included.
