From Liberty Hardware, the Matchbox Catch provides vintage style for this surface mount cupboard latch. Made of stamped steel, and plated with a satin nickel finish, this latch is spring loaded, so with a turn of the knob the latch is retracted allowing the door to be opened. Installation hardware is included. This lovely little satin nickel latch was recently used rather creatively at the homemaking blog Newly Woodwards. In their white kitchen they matched this latch with satin nickel cup pull number L-PN0602-SN-C.
