- Your order will be shipped FedEx, UPS, or USPS unless you instruct us differently. If you choose other shipping methods, you will be billed at exact cost of shipping plus $5.00 packaging and handling.
If your order is under $50.00, we must charge a flat rate of $10.75 for packaging, shipping and handling. $10.00 additional shipping is added to AK & HI orders. Heavy or bulky items to AK and HI may cost more. If so, you will be notified before processing. Shipments outside the U.S. do not qualify for free shipping & will result in substantial charges for shipping and Custom's services. Please inquire.
Returns Information Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please contact us for an authorization number before returning merchandise. Return Authorization Number(RA) must be visible on carton being returned. Any merchandise being returned without an appropriate RA number will be refused. Goods must be received by D.Lawless Hardware within 30 days of RA being issued or they will be refused. Return requests after 60 days will be denied. Shipping charges are not re-reimbursed or refunded.
A restocking charge of up to $15.00 or 20% (whichever is greater) will be charged. However, if our inspection reveals that goods were shipped either in error or found to be defective, a full refund will be issued. To avoid this charge, see our Exchange Policy below.
