Order StatusYou will receive 3 order updates after you place your order.
1. Shortly after you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order.
2. You will receive a second e-mail when your credit card is charged. We process your card only after your order is processed and ready to ship.
3. You will receive a third e-mail with a tracking number when your package is ready to ship. This tracking number will provide tracking information as soon as your package is scanned by UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
The vast majority of our orders ship within 24 hours and arrive within a week or less.
*If we cannot fill your ENTIRE order you will be notified within 24 hours to see if you would like to modify or cancel.
*If your credit card does not clear you will be notified by e-mail in order to correct this problem.
