These are discontinued attachments to a Liberty hinge.
Just remove the latching screw by turning one half turn, and then use any regular wood screw to attach to a shelf or a side face frame. ( #5-#8 x 5/8" or 3/4" will work fine) Unit has stops that automatically position it so installation is a snap.
