Book is in good condition. Can be opened and read. Spine has integrity. Of course one needs to handle it carefully but as it is now it is in reading condition.
Very few aging spot. Crisp corners, clean pages. Excellent example.
Comparable copies seem to be listed from $250-$400. At the time of this writing this copy appears superior to other currently listed copies based on the photos posted on those listings.
This copy has not been read often over the years for sure.
No returns on books as I have described them accurately and photographed them well.
