Pair of chrome plated glass door pivot hinges. Fits 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch glass. Comes with protective inserts and bushings. Designed for inset applications. See technical information for installation procedures. D. Lawless Hardware

Installation: 1. Locate the centers for the bushings. This hole should be located or drilled 15/32 inch (12mm) away from the inside of the cabinet face. Hole diameter to drill is 9mm. Hole depth 10mm. 2. To drill these pivot bushing holes, it is best to use a metric brad point drill set. If you do not have a metric set, use a standard fractional set and drill a 11/32 inch diameter hole. 3.If the cabinet is not already assembled, do so now. Insert bushings, then hinges into bushings. Measure the vertical distance between the insides of the hinges where glass will fit. Deduct 2mm from this measurement to allow for clearance. Cut glass panel according to this calculation. 4. Install pressure plates. Place lower hinge into bushings. Slide bottom corner of glass door into hinge. Hold door swung outward. It should swing out to about 60 degrees. Now place upper hinge into bushing and slide top of door into hinge. Adjust door glass panel to what appears to be a good lateral position, and tighten one screw in each hinge. 5. Make final adjustments for fit and alignment by loosening set screws and slipping glass into final position. Then, tighten both set screws.

The majority of orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage. (3-5 days delivery to most of the United States). If the package is large, heavy or bulky, we will ship via UPS Ground. If shipping carrier other than our choice is requested, additional charges may result.

If package is returned to us due to address issues or no USPS delivery at the location, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for us to ship again.

A note on packaging: We package our shipments to you in whatever the most appropriate box we have around is for shipping efficiency. Being a distributor we are surrounded by thousands and thousands of boxes and it saves us, you, and the environment to re-use and ship with them. You will not receive a fancy branded box, you'll get well wrapped and packaged hardware in a box that doing it's job a second time.

Express Shipping

Other shipping methods and upgrades such as Next Day Air, Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day & out of the country delivery will be billed to you at cost of shipping plus $5.00 for special handling. This will not show up on your order when you place it. This is determined by weight and is added to your bill in our offices. For Expedited shipping you must place a comment stating you want expedited shipping and call our service department at 618-395-3945.

Overnight and other express methods are given priority, but we still must have time to process your order, so the upgraded service you choose takes effect after processing time.

Returns

Returns cost money. We think it is best to charge the responsible parties so that we can keep our prices low to everyone. Companies don't "absorb" costs, they pass them on. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for any frivolous returns that company handles, indirectly, through higher prices.

If we have done something wrong or sent defective merchandise, it is all on us. You get your money back including shipping and handling.

If you decide to return items for any reason other than their being defective, you will be responsible for outgoing costs and return shipping. Our minimum cost to process and ship an order is $8.99. You will be charged a minimum of $9.99 or a 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater. Our helpful staff will make charge determinations as objectively as possible based on individual circumstances. If there is a dispute, please remember that you catch more flies with honey. It is very hard to come to a fair conclusion if we don't each remain cordial. We are typically very understanding.

If, however, you had an order under $100.00 and paid shipping originally, we will deduct what you paid from the $9.99 baseline. Shipping and Handling charge when shipped. If you paid $8.99 or above in shipping for your under $100.00 order, there will be no additional restocking fee as we will simply keep the shipping and handling fees already collected. We believe this to be a reasonable accommodation for small orders.

If an order is refused and returned to us, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
