A three inch round flat black base with a satin silver pull down hook that only stands 7/8" high. When open it only stands out from the wall 2". Comes with mounting screws and instructions. Very stylish for home or office.

The finish is matte so he took each hook apart, painted the black with X2 black enamel, and then cut a small piece of diamond-plate sign stock for the "hook."
I'd show you a photo but curved diamond-plate sign stock looks better in person than it does in a photo.”
